Your e-mail address is collected on the basis of your consent and is strictly limited to connecting users. It is used only to:

• Allow the two users involved in a negotiation, the potential buyer and the seller, to contact each other directly.
• Send you notices strictly related to the management of your listing, such as listing confirmation or deletion.

No spam: your e-mail address will never be used to send newsletters, sales prospecting or third-party advertising.

4. Sharing and transfer of data

Strictly as part of the connection service:

• Your e-mail address is shared only with the user with whom you initiate a discussion, seller or interested buyer.
• No resale: we do not sell, rent or share your data with any third-party company or commercial partner.
• Hosting: your data is stored on the servers of our hosting provider LWS, located in France, providing a level of protection consistent with the GDPR.

5. Data retention period

The e-mail address is kept only for as long as necessary to provide the service:

• For a seller: for the entire duration of publication of the listing. It is permanently deleted when the listing is removed or expires.
• For a buyer: long enough to transmit the contact request, then deleted from our active systems within 10 days after the last contact.

6. Your rights

Even without a permanent account, you remain in control of your data. Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access and rectification: you may ask what data we hold about you.
• Right to erasure: you may request immediate deletion of your listing and e-mail address from our database.

To exercise these rights, simply send us an e-mail via the contact form. We will process your request as soon as possible.

7. Data security

We implement the necessary technical measures, such as secure HTTPS, to protect your e-mail address against unauthorised access or data leaks.
